Veradyn

Privacy and data use

Built around controlled information.

This notice explains the information Veradyn may receive, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors, customer organizations, and authorized users.

Current status: Veradyn opens for customers on December 11, 2026. The public website accepts demo requests; the section below explains what we collect and how it is handled.

Effective October 29, 2026 (replaces the October 13, 2026 version)

Information we receive

We may receive contact and business information when someone emails Veradyn, asks about the platform, requests a demo, or is authorized to use a customer account. The platform may process safety, training, operational, employee, equipment, project, location, signature, attachment, and audit information entered by a customer organization or its authorized users.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo request on our home page we collect the information in the form: company name and website, your name, job title, work email and phone number, headquarters location, industry, approximate number of employees, the systems you use today, the areas you want to see, the problem you want to fix, and when you would like the demo. We use it only to contact you about a demo and about Veradyn. It is stored on our hosting provider’s servers in the United States and delivered to us by our email provider; a confirmation is emailed to you. It is seen by Veradyn’s founder and anyone he brings into the conversation, and is not sold or shared for marketing. We keep demo requests for twelve months, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever is sooner. Requests from companies that become customers are kept as part of the customer record. Applications submitted under the earlier Founding Customer form are handled the same way.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the platform, support authorized users, route operational workflows, generate customer records and reports, maintain audit history, communicate about accounts or service, improve reliability, and meet legal or security obligations.

Customer-controlled records

Customer organizations control the business records they place in Veradyn and determine who is authorized to access them. Veradyn processes those records to provide the service and does not treat one customer’s operational records as another customer’s data.

Service providers and disclosure

Veradyn uses service providers for hosting, email delivery, backup, security, and related operations. Today those are DigitalOcean (hosting, database, and encrypted backup storage, United States) and Postmark (transactional email delivery, United States). We will update this notice before adding a provider that holds customer or applicant information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect the service or its users, or involved in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is retained for legitimate service, contractual, security, backup, and legal purposes; demo request information is retained as described above. Our servers record the network address of requests for rate limiting and security logging; those logs are not combined with application records and are rotated. Veradyn uses controls such as company-scoped access, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication for privileged access, encrypted backups, audit records, and controlled releases. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Questions or requests about personal information should be sent to info@veradyn.ai. When information belongs to a customer-managed account, Veradyn may direct the request to that customer organization for appropriate handling. Requests to correct or delete a demo request or application are honored within thirty (30) days.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the platform, public website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
